Apex Golf is a premium indoor golf simulator experience powered by TrackMan technology. It allows you to play world‑class courses, practice your game, compete on arcade style games with friends, or simply enjoy golf whatever the weather.

We are based inside The Triangle Leisure Centre in Burgess Hill.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available at The Triangle Leisure Centre.

​You are welcome to bring your own clubs, but we also provide high‑quality clubs for both right‑ and left‑handed players.

Up to six players can comfortably share a bay, rotating shots just like on a real golf course.

As a guide:
* 1–2 hours – single player
* 2–3 hours – 2–3 players
* 3–4 hours – 4–5 players
* 4-5 hours – 5-6 players​

Yes, provided they can safely hold and swing a club. Under‑16s must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Comfortable clothing and trainers are ideal. Golf shoes are optional.

We recommend arriving around 10 minutes before your booking so you can get set up and maximise your session time.

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is shown at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if you need assistance.

Apex Golf is fully automated. After booking, you will receive a unique PIN code to open the facility door. Once inside the bay, you will be given a second code to start the simulator, allowing you to begin your session without staff on site.

Help is always available. A call-out phone number is displayed outside the bay next to the keypad entry and inside the bay next to the simulator screen. During all operational hours, you will be connected directly to an expert who can assist you remotely.
