Services: Indoor golf simulator sessions, coaching, memberships, and related offerings provided by Apex Golf.
You / Customer: Any individual or organisation using our Services.
Booking: A reservation for a simulator session, membership use, or related service.

Eligibility
Our services are intended for users aged 16 or over.
Children may participate with appropriate parental or guardian supervision.
You must provide a valid first name and surname when booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

Bookings & Payment
How to Book
Sessions must be booked online via our website or booking platform, subject to availability.
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received and a confirmation email issued.

Cancellations & Changes
Our Rights
We may cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, maintenance, operational issues).
Where this happens, we will offer a refund or alternative booking.
Your Rights
Cancel 48+ hours before your session for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Membership Terms
Memberships renew automatically monthly unless cancelled.
Membership fees are taken from your registered payment method.
Included hours must be used within the membership period unless otherwise stated.
Membership discounts apply only to bookings made by the named member.
Members are responsible for their guests’ behaviour and compliance with venue rules.
Cancelling Memberships
Memberships can be cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.
No refunds are given for partial months or unused hours.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel memberships for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

Use of Facilities
Customer Responsibilities
Follow all safety instructions and signage.
Use equipment responsibly and report damage immediately.
Treat staff, other customers, and facilities respectfully.
Prohibited Behaviour
Use while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
Damage or misuse of equipment.
Abusive, unsafe, or disruptive conduct.
Session Guidelines
Please arrive 5 minutes before your booking.
Maximum 6 players per bay unless agreed otherwise.
Food and drink restrictions may apply in simulator areas.

Liability
Our Liability
We accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by our negligence as required by UK consumer law.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.
Your Liability
You are responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
Health & Safety
Ensure you are physically able to participate.
Follow all emergency procedures when instructed.

Privacy & Data
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials relating to Apex Golf remain our property unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Promotions & Offers
Promotions, discounts, or introductory offers:

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or service disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., power outages, extreme weather, government restrictions).

Complaints
